At M/s. Dhwani Engineering, we offer state-of-the-art in-house CNC machining as a value-added complement to our die casting solutions. Our advanced CNC systems are meticulously calibrated to produce precision-engineered, custom components that are fully ready for seamless integration into final product assemblies.

We specialize in the machining of high-precision parts with exacting tolerances. Our facility is equipped with a CNC Turning Center capable of accommodating components up to 450 mm in diameter and 1 meter in length. Additionally, our Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) features a 4th Axis and offers an impressive machining capacity of 1700 x 700 x 700 mm. This is further supported by a range of conventional machines dedicated to tool room operations, allowing for maximum flexibility and control.
