Machining Division

Foundry Division

The Foundry Division at Dhwani Engineering forms the foundation of our precision manufacturing capabilities. Designed for versatility and performance, this division houses high-end casting infrastructure and a full suite of equipment tailored to meet complex project requirements.

We develop custom moulds in-house, ensuring superior dimensional accuracy, consistent surface finish, and structural integrity. Our processes are continuously optimized for metallurgical excellence and production efficiency.

We operate a wide range of pressure die casting machines, with clamping capacities from 80 to 600 tons—ideal for small batch to large-scale production. Additionally, our hot chamber die casting systems allow us to produce high-quality castings from non-ferrous metals like zinc and magnesium with exceptional precision and finish.

Combining technical expertise with robust machinery, the Foundry Division is a trusted partner for delivering premium casting solutions across diverse industrial domains.

Tool Room Division

Our fully integrated Tool Room Division is a defining strength of Dhwani Engineering, allowing us to maintain full control over die development from concept to completion. This internal capability gives us a strategic advantage in terms of quality, customization, and lead time reduction.

Our facility is equipped with:

  • Spark Erosion (EDM) Machines

  • Wire Cut Machines

  • Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)

  • Advanced CAD-CAM Design Systems

With these tools, we are able to design and manufacture high-precision tools and dies that meet exact project specifications. Eliminating reliance on third-party vendors also enhances quality control and speeds up the production cycle.
