Frequently Asked Questions

Gravity die casting involves pouring the molten metal into the casting mould. Usually, the metal is poured manually with a ladle. At DE, we have special tilting machines to ensure precise speed and direction while pouring metal into the mould. The molten mould fills the mould with the help of gravity and is left to solidify. After the casting is set, it is removed from the mould and sent for removing shard edges and other treatment.

High pressure die casting is more complex process that is performed using a securely locked die cavity. Molten metal is injected into the cavity with high speed and pressure. The high pressure injection ensures that any gas present in the mould is released, and it also feeds additional metal as the metal shrinks when solidifying.

In Hot-chamber die casting process molten metal is injected through the cavity of a pre-shaped mold using pressure. The defining characteristic of hot-chamber die casting is that metal is heated inside the casting machine rather than a separate machine or furnace.

Our product range includes a wide variety of components used for various purposes. Some of our products include valve components, starter brackets, gas regulator bodies and covers, actuator components and oil sump components. We also offer high-quality die cast mould that are designed and manufactured by our experts.

Yes. We discuss our clients’ requirements before the mould design stage, and then customize the castings to deliver the components they need.

Yes, we have our own tool room to manufacture tools/dies as per customers requirement. Also we have die casting shop having 15-20 cold chamber die casting machines. Also we have precision cnc machine shop for critical machining of the components.

Yes, we manufacture gravity die castings up to 5 kg. We are having special tilting machines for gravity die casting manufacturing.
